St Joseph’s is Outstanding across its Education and Therapies.

  • Students achievement is outstanding and is improving year on year. The school is a calm and purposeful place in which to learn.
  • Staff are highly knowledgeable about the needs and circumstances of each child, with each child receiving individual support within a safe and caring environment.

St Joseph’s is registered with Ofsted as a Children’s Home.  There are seven boarding houses that encourage and help the children and young people to maximise their full potential.

  • The residential children and young people have the benefit of the extended curriculum, they learn and achieve in many aspects of their lives and develop key skills towards independent living.
  • There are excellent links to education and therapies to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach in all areas of the school.
